What size groups can you accommodate?
We can accommodate groups ranging in size from 16 or more up to 3,500 people.
What is included in the cruise fare?
Accommodations as booked, onboard activities & entertainment and onboard meals are included in the cruise fare.
Do you charge for meeting rooms?
No, we provide meeting space and venues for your group’s events on a complimentary basis.
How are private functions handled?
Your group’s functions can be held either in public rooms, lounges, suites or other onboard venues. Drinks, hors d’oeuvres and entertainment can be arranged at an affordable cost.
Is there a charge for Audio and Visual equipment?
No we provide standard audio and visual equipment on a complimentary basis. However, there is a nominal charge for certain types of equipment and for assistance or service provided by our technical department, if required.
How do I pay for group related onboard expenses?
Everything is invoiced and paid in advance of the cruise. However, any group related expenses incurred during the voyage are charged to a master account.
Are telephone, internet and fax services available?
Yes, anyone from your group can telephone directly from their stateroom and fax services are available from the ship. We also have Wi-Fi and cellular capabilities, so guests can bring their laptop or cell phone and use them around the ship. Guests will be charged at applicable rates.
Can we use our Cell Phones?

For your convenience, we automatically charge the gratuities for dining and stateroom staff to your onboard Sail & Sign account. The recommended guideline is as follows:

$15.99 Per Person Per Day for Suites
Our staff is committed to exceeding your expectations in every way possible. If you have any concerns about the service you receive any time during your cruise, please contact the Guest Services desk while onboard. This will allow us to address your concerns in a timely and appropriate fashion. At your discretion, you may adjust the gratuities at any time while onboard. Gratuities will be deemed undisputed unless a request to modify is received prior to disembarking the ship.
For beverage purchases, a service tip is automatically added. Room Service may be tipped as service is rendered. Tipping your Maître d’ is at your discretion, based upon the service you receive.
